La ruta de las Haciendas de la zona sur del estado de Querétaro, nos lleva a conocer vestigios de la historia de hace más de 400 años. La mejor manera de hacerlo es de la mano de una de las familias locales, que con el corazón en la mano, te abrirán las puertas de su casa y compartirán su pasión en la vida por los “CABALLOS”, los cuales entrenan y educan para que puedas descubrir paisajes inolvidables llenos de flora y fauna nativas, la casa de la muñeca de trapo Otomí también conocida como “LELE” en Santiago Mexquititlán y uno de los cascos de hacienda más instagrameables de la región. En nuestra aventura no podrá faltar la comida regional preparada por nuestra familia anfitriona, al igual que bebidas tradicionales como el “Pulque”, y porque no, una excelente cerveza fría para celebrar esta increíble experiencia de inmersión a la historia de México.

The Haciendas trail in the southern part of the Queretaro state, leads us to discover the vestiges of this storic region that dates back from more than 400 years ago. The best way to do this is from the hand of one of the local families, who with their heart in hand, will open the doors of their home and share their passion in life for the “HORSES”, which they train and educate so you can discover unforgettable landscapes full of native wildlife, the house of the Otomí doll also known as “LELE” in Santiago Mexquititlán and one of the most instagrammable Hacienda in the region. Our adventure will not be complete without regional food prepared by our host family, as well as traditional beverages such as “ PULQUE”, and why not, an excellent cold beer to celebrate this incredible experience of immersion into the Mexican heritage. Remember to bring your cowboy outfit to be comfortable!

Terms and Conditions
• Reservation of the date of the activity: At least a day of anticipation.
• It is necessary to confirm wheter the date is available before making the payment.
• To confirm the reservation, the payment of 100% of the total amount of the tour is required.
• Any expense incurred by absence or non compliance of the program will be at customer´s cost.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify the itinerary of any trip due to lack of reservation, weather conditions, politics problems,
etc. In these cases, the amount of the trip will be refundable and the expenses generated by this situation will be at customer´s cost.
A new date will be offered for the trip or the customers could choose another activity of the same price, paying the difference if its
price is higher.
• Out of respect for all our costumers, we require punctuallity and have a tolerance of 15 minutes.
• For 1 day-tours:
Cancellation 24 hours in advance: 100% refund.
Cancellation 12 hours in advance: 50% refund.
No show up the day of the event: No refund.
• For tours of 2 days and more:
Cancellation 24 hours in advance: 75% refund.
Cancellation 12 hours in advance: 50% refund.
No show up the day of the event: No refund.
None of our tours are apt for:
• Pregnant women.
• People with lumbar injuries or in back and neck.
• People that have recently gone through surgery.
• People that suffer from vertigo.
Exxi Challenge México offers a medical insurance in the tours and expeditions hired by our customers. Our insurance is operated by
a third party that is the company in charge of all the procedures and reimbursement. This company is GRUPO SORIANO / BIO-S
BIOINTELLIGENCE SCIENCE S.C. that works in alliance with CHUBB SEGUROS MÉXICO S.A according to the politics and regulations
of the COMISION NACIONAL DE SEGUROS Y FIANZAS (CNSF)*.
Our insurance policy covers up to $75,000 MXN, in case of organic loses or/and dead it covers up to $150,000 MXN, 10% of deductible
is applied. This 10% of the insurance deductible should be covered by the customer or their family**.
*According with the Mexican legislation (PROY-NOM-011-TUR-2001)
